RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We really hope you love your new accessories. We ensure each item is carefully hand packed into one of our beautiful boxes and posted using a tracked Royal Mail service. We know how important your wedding is and that you will want everything to be perfect. With this in mind we ask you to take great care when choosing your items as they are delicate pieces and will be best kept from too much handling. Please read carefully the description of the items to ensure dimensions and colours are as expected. Please note the appearance of colours may vary between computer screens. If you have any questions about the items please email us prior to making your purchase and we will be happy to help.

We are sure you will love your new items, however if this is not the case we are happy to accept returns within 14 days receipt of your item. If it’s unsuitable, please let us know by email as soon as you receive it and return it via trackable signed for delivery. Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and in original packaging. We will issue you a full refund for the item once we have received it. For purchases made outside of the UK we will refund the cost of the item minus the international shipping fee. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.

In the case that an item arrives to you faulty please let us know by email with 14 days of receipt. We will ask you to send us images of the item fault as well as images of the original packaging so we can see if the fault may have occurred from postal handling. We will send out a replacement item for you.
